Resident Services Coordinator

Job Description
We are hiring a Resident Services Coordinator II at Brooksby Village by Erickson Senior Living to bring their passion for resident engagement into our community. As a Resident Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in responding to residents in need of psychosocial or supportive services, conducting assessments of potential residents, recommending appropriate residency levels, and resolving issues regarding residents’ care and safety. Additionally, you will develop referral networks for available services and educate residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents.

- Compensation: $52,000 - $64,000, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a health care setting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia preferred.
