Job Description

As the Branch Manager at Bayview Building Materials, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the branch's operations to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include developing personnel, implementing efficient sales programs, managing budgets, and fostering key business relationships. This position requires strong leadership skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to drive long-term growth.

• Develop a customer service-focused culture among employees.
• Achieve or surpass the branch's Annual Operating Plan.
• Implement and maintain TAL's Safety Program at the branch.
• Lead sales initiatives for retail consumers and contractors.
• Supervise inside and outside operations for optimal efficiency.
• Analyze branch results to enhance sales, margins, and inventory control.
• Manage personnel effectively, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with purchasing departments to meet customer needs and boost sales.
• Support marketing and merchandising programs for enhanced customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with all TAL policies and regulations.
• Develop and maintain essential business relationships.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Sedentary work with some walking or standing required.
• Potential lifting up to 80 pounds on occasion.

Compensation

Anticipated yearly salary range: $67,725 - $102,850.
