Job Summary

Employees in this role will assist in the preparation of food in all Food and Beverage Outlets. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, and ensuring efficiency in work.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety.
• Ensure efficiency and quality of work.
• Prepare and service food items according to hotel standards.
• Assist in cleaning the kitchen area and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain product rotation to minimize wastage.
• Have knowledge of menu items, features, and promotions.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas and equipment.
• Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Stock stations and inventory appropriately.
• Ensure timely and high-quality food service.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain professionalism with coworkers and customers.
• Flexibility to work various schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualification Summary

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years' experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Knowledge of Safe Serving practices and laws.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Basic mathematical and computer skills.
