Job Description
We are looking for a talented Capture Manager to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems, a leading aerospace manufacturer. As a Capture Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure new contracts in the aerospace and defense industries. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of business development and capture management.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic capture campaigns in line with Business Development goals.
- Develop capture strategies including business solutions for pursuing opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful capture and proposal activities.
- Act as the primary customer contact for proposal activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Management.
- 5 years of experience in Business Development or Capture Management.
- Knowledge of Commercial and USG contracts.
- Ability to travel occasionally.
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain USG Security Clearance.

- Master's degree in STEM or Business Administration/Management.
