Job Description

The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to join our dynamic and driven team at North Port, FL 34286, USA. As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring that their individual needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned and requested, in accordance with the service plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices and report any accidents or incidents promptly to the supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with the Director of Health & Wellness and other departments to address residents' changing needs during the shift.
• Respond to resident calls in a timely manner and prioritize tasks to ensure optimum services are provided.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with Certified Nursing Assistant/ Home Health Aid preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, communicate effectively, and make independent decisions with empathy and warmth towards senior citizens.
• Able to work varied schedules, weekends, evenings, and holidays while presenting a neat, clean appearance according to the dress code.
• Possess a passionate and caring approach to work with residents, families, and team members, demonstrating a high level of service delivery and excellent communication skills.
