How You Will Make an Impact:
The Clinical Director manages, ensures compliance, and drives success of the assisted living clinical services program. Responsible for staff training, service quality, and resident satisfaction. Maintain seamless service initiation and up-to-date personalized care plans for residents' needs.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift. Weekend coverage and on-call rotations.
What You Will Need:
- Minnesota Registered Nurse in good standing.
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in Assisted Living.
- Current CPR certification.
