Job Description

Roundhouse Communities LLC, a leading developer and manager of real estate projects, is looking for a talented Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of property operations, focusing on financial goals, resident relations, and community building. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a passion for property management and community development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain residents through marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records for each property, including lease agreements and financial data.
  • Work with regional managers to understand property goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee property inspections.
  • Resolve resident complaints professionally and ensure financial obligations are met.
  • Prepare reports on property performance and assist in planning resident events.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company positively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Community Manager or related position.
  • Real estate license required or obtainable within 120 days of employment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary & Benefits

  • $65,000 - $70,000 yearly salary, plus bonuses.
