Compliance Manager (Multi-Location)

Job Description

Indigo Real Estate, a premier property management company and affordable housing operator, is seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to join our expanding team across multiple locations. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties meet affordable housing program requirements by overseeing tax credit certification paperwork, updating software systems, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Tax Credit certification paperwork.
• Update Yardi software with critical property details.
• Conduct audits on property files and leasing activities.
• Generate monthly compliance reports.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Tax Credit or affordable housing programs.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent systems.
• At least 2 years of compliance-focused experience in property management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range

$30-35 per hour (+ bonuses) based on experience.
