Compliance Manager (Multi-Location)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Compliance Manager to join our expanding team at Indigo Real Estate across multiple locations. Indigo Real Estate is a premier property management company that values excellence and innovation in affordable housing operations. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the adherence of our properties to affordable housing program requirements, specifically handling Tax Credit certification paperwork, generating compliance reports, updating property details in Yardi software, and conducting audits to maintain compliance with Indigo standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meticulous review and processing of Tax Credit certification paperwork.
• Generate monthly compliance reports.
• Update Yardi software with critical property details.
• Conduct audits on property files and leasing activities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Tax Credit or affordable housing programs.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.
• Knowledge of Yardi Rentcafe products is a plus.
• 2 years of compliance-focused experience in property management.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
