Job Description
Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. Our Sales Consultants play a crucial role in increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory, cultivating relationships with new and existing customers, and delivering high-quality buildings backed by superior warranties.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales budgets.
- Coordinate all aspects of the building project, including managing subcontractors, navigating permitting requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize technology to manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain market share.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
