Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will play a crucial role in utilizing reliability equipment and technology to analyze, predict, and prevent machine failures, minimizing downtime and optimizing equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data gathering and analysis.
• Submit work orders and collaborate with maintenance planners for timely repairs.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Collect oil samples for lab test analysis and recommend maintenance strategies to extend equipment life.
• Attend meetings, adhere to safety procedures, and communicate effectively to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology.
• Military experience or certifications in predictive maintenance are advantageous.
• Proficiency in root cause failure analysis and strong teamwork skills.
