Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires North America is seeking dedicated Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs. This position requires individuals with a solid background in mechanical and electrical systems, specifically in areas such as PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
• Work with PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
• Be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate effective learning, problem-solving, and safety-oriented behavior.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of five years of mechanical/electrical experience.
• Proficiency in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds occasionally.
