Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in English and Japanese to join TOYOTI1's team at their new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for becoming the subject matter expert on CADIOS, managing production costs, and collaborating with Japan to optimize our cost management processes.

Responsibilities

• Master CADIOS and investigate monthly variances in material transactions.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance cost management using CADIOS, fluency in Japanese is a must.
• Oversee the Fixed Asset inventory and assist in analyzing ROI on new projects.
• Develop the annual budget for labor and other costs as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
