Job Description
TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company, is seeking a highly qualified Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing production costs, analyzing variances, and collaborating with Japan on cost management using CADIOS. This position requires fluency in Japanese.
Responsibilities
- Build expertise in CADIOS to effectively manage material transactions and investigate variances.
- Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
- Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and validate upon completion.
- Participate in the budget planning process, developing annual budgets for assigned costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
- Fluency in Japanese is essential.
