Job Description
Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a dedicated Construction Sales Consultant and Project Management professional to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding market share within an assigned geographical territory, building relationships with new and existing customers and overseeing project management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales budgets.
- Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project, including Morton Buildings personnel, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with permitting requirements.
- Manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion, integrating technology to enhance project efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, display excellent communication skills, and uphold customer confidentiality.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management is preferred.
- Commercial sales experience is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
