Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the premier company in post-frame construction with over a century of industry expertise, is seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our team. As a full-time member, you will take charge of expanding market presence in an assigned geographical area, fostering relationships with existing clients, and cultivating new leads.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion, utilizing technology and industry knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel to meet or exceed targets.
  • Coordinate all aspects of building projects, including personnel, subcontractors, and regulatory compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in sales or 5 years in construction management.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adept at multitasking.
