Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a sales funnel to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the entire construction process from pre-sale to project completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and manage permitting requirements effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to the evolving construction industry and market demands.
