Custodial Supervisor (FT)

Job Description

The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for supervising and leading the custodial team to ensure the facility meets established standards. Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Custodial Supervisor coordinates activities with other departments to provide efficient and timely services, crucial to the guests' overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, leads, motivates, and holds custodial team members accountable.
• Delegates and assigns daily work to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Monitors cleaning operations affecting quality, cleanliness, consistency, and safety.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning and consumable supplies, and reports building or equipment repairs to the Facility Manager.
• Performs routine and repetitive custodial tasks, including carpet cleaning and replenishing supply levels.
