Key Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care services to patients.
• Maintain patient screening, documentation, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Continuously enhance clinical skills through ongoing education and mentorship programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid dental hygienist license in MN.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
• CPR Certification.
• Excellent knowledge of dental procedures and patient care.

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency with dental technologies such as Velscope, Diagnodent, and digital scanners.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Capacity to lift up to 45 pounds and attend training sessions.
• Flexibility for virtual or in-person training.
