Hospice Registered Nurse

Job Description

Liberty Healthcare Management is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis in Cumberland County. As a Hospice RN, you will apply nursing theories and concepts, provide coordinated care, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the Hospice team.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing knowledge to ensure quality patient care.
• Document care in compliance with reimbursement guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care with all involved parties.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality reviews.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience with at least one year in hospice care.
• Knowledge of home health and hospice care programs.
• Compliance with nursing practices and agency policies.
• CPR certification and willingness to work flexible hours.
