Staff LPN - Med/Surg & Ortho (36hr/wk, day)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Staff LPN to join our team at OhioHealth. In this role, you will provide nursing care to patients and families in various health care settings while collaborating with the healthcare team. The LPN is responsible for practicing nursing as per the Ohio Board of Nursing's guidelines and may delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel. While not having supervisory responsibilities, this position serves as a valuable resource for other associates.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's Degree
• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing
• Must hold a current license from the State of Ohio
• Successfully completed an Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course
• Basic Life Support Provider certification
