Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at 3SI Security Systems Inc. The role involves managing the organization's IT systems, providing technical support to employees, overseeing projects, and collaborating across departments to meet technological requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and network equipment.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot problems, and implement solutions for optimal reliability.
  • Manage software licenses, updates, and security patches.
  • Coordinate IT projects, including upgrades and installations, to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technology needs and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and assist in implementing IT policies.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.

Additional Information

  • Position based in Malvern, PA, with a hybrid 3-day office schedule.
  • Some travel required for company events and conferences.
  • Compensation: $55,000-$65,000 yearly salary.
