Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Division Manager to oversee our Litigation Support operations at Reciprocity Industries. As the Intake Litigation Support Manager, you will lead a team of professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients while meeting performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Litigation Support, including supervising staff.
  • Ensure staff provide high-quality service to clients and meet performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for best practices.
  • Analyze data and metrics for improvement strategies, training staff accordingly.
  • Train supervisors for effective team management and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align operations with business objectives.
  • Promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration among staff.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Extensive industry knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • 2+ years of related experience, with 3-5 years in leadership.
