Responsibilities

  • Develop and track engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Lead product design and development processes.
  • Manage resources and budgets to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and quality measures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development.
  • Establish and maintain engineering processes and procedures.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet customer requirements.
  • Supervise external vendors and suppliers for engineering projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies for innovation opportunities.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of engineering experience with 3 years in a management role.
  • Knowledge of Lithium Battery systems is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership in successful engineering projects.
  • Experience in developing and managing engineering processes.
  • Ability to motivate and lead technical teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with current engineering tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, approximately 10% - 20%.
