Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join APX Construction Group LLC, a leading company in the construction industry. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to determine project costs, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of various commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to produce detailed cost estimates within the designated time frame and budget.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and risks to determine project costs.
• Engage with subcontractors on bids and maintain competitive pricing.
• Identify cost-saving strategies and alternative materials to optimize project budgets.
• Manage project costs and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and material costs.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating and procurement management experience.
• 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction (preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret project documents.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in varied environments and manage multiple project bids simultaneously.
