Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to produce detailed project estimates within specified timelines, budget, and scope.
• Analyze project plans to determine costs, evaluate risks, and identify cost-saving strategies.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable services.
• Provide regular reports on estimating activities, project costs, and bid performance to management.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Construction Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of estimating and procurement management experience.
• Experience as a Project Manager in Commercial Construction is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various environments and manage multiple project bids simultaneously.
