This position requires a self-starting individual who excels in groundskeeping, housekeeping support, errand running, and event logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping and Landscaping
• Light housekeeping and internal staff support
• Errand running as required
• Assistance with event logistics, budgets, invoicing, and reporting

Key Duties

• Manage grounds maintenance, including watering plants, trash removal, recycling, and farm animal care
• Assist with housekeeping, gardening, and occasional painting and maintenance tasks
• Perform errands, grocery runs, office cleaning, and vehicle maintenance
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in country clubs or high-end resorts beneficial
• Real Estate, Development, or Hospitality background preferred
• Transportation to the Spicewood location
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds

This full-time on-site position offers a competitive hourly wage.
