Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Headlands General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of operations at our Rooms, Spa, and Cottages properties. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence, capable of creating memorable guest experiences and maximizing profitability.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage Rooms, Restaurant, and Spa operations.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences in line with brand standards.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for effective room sales and promotions.
  • Maintain strong homeowner relations and uphold property standards.

Preferred Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in full-service hotel/resort management.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, hotel reservation systems, and F&B operations.
  • Relevant certifications like Food Handlers Card, CPR, and First Aid.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
