HOSPICE CLINICAL MANAGER - RN

Job Description

Join our team at Liberty Hospice as a Hospice Clinical Manager - RN in Cumberland County on a Full-Time basis. As a Hospice Clinical Manager, you will coordinate case management services, supervise care staff, and ensure the highest level of patient care. This role requires a current RN licensure in North Carolina, a minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience, and a deep understanding of hospice and home care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management of all patient services.
• Supervise assigned care staff.
• Provide direct patient care as necessary, including case management and care planning.
• Document patient care and staff performance effectively.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina.
• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of hospice and home care regulations.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• CPR certification required.
