We are looking for a talented Bilingual HR Assistant - Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Crown Capital Management LLC. As an HR professional, you will be responsible for guiding new employees through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration into our company. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting and developing our workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires in both English and Spanish.
  • Translate onboarding materials to support non-English-speaking employees.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions and job-specific training.
  • Manage new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to new employees during their transition.
  • Assist with technology setup and basic IT support.
  • Collect feedback to improve the onboarding experience continuously.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to streamline the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Preferred experience in accounting or payroll.
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
