Job Description

Humble Fashion LLC is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage people operations for our Headquarters and retail store locations. This position is responsible for staffing and overall employee engagement through best-in-class HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze staffing needs and recruit, attract, hire, and onboard employees for HQ and retail store locations.
• Develop and deliver training curriculum, update employee handbooks, and address employee concerns.
• Maintain employee records, review bi-weekly payroll, and manage benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage unemployment programs and worker's compensation.

Requirements

• Superb communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and ATS, with Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, with 3-5 years of progressive HR experience.
• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.

Work Environment

This job operates in an office environment and requires working closely with the General Manager and Senior Accountant.

Physical Demands

Requires working on a computer for extended periods and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, exempt position with regular business hours from 8:30am to 5pm at our Eden Prairie HQ location.

Travel

Occasional travel to local MN store locations may be required for training and addressing employee issues.
