Human Resources Manager

Job Description

Riot Blockchain, a Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure company, is seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our expanding HR department. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in policy creation and enforcement, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits administration, and more. This hands-on role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departmental leaders. Based in Rockdale, TX, this position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of our dynamic operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting and collaborate with hiring managers.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate performance reviews, training initiatives, and career progression planning.
• Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of employment law practices and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
