Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join our dynamic team at TOYOTI1. As a leading international tire manufacturing company, Toyo Tires N.A. offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about innovation, quality, and performance. In this role, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, work closely with Japan to manage production costs, and play a key role in cost accounting and fixed asset inventory.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to manage production costs effectively. Fluent in Japanese is a must.
• Plan and direct Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
