Mayroad, an asset management company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Generalist Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential properties and community assets to ensure a high standard of living for our residents. This position involves a variety of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical work to HVAC and structural repairs. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on residential properties and community amenities.
- Respond to emergency, urgent, and routine work orders promptly.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and address potential safety hazards.
- Use various tools and mobile applications to communicate and complete work orders.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in residential maintenance.
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical, and HVAC/Steam systems.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
