Summary

Responsible for the overall maintenance of the physical plant, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in various maintenance projects.
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Handle carpentry, painting, and grounds work tasks.
• Assist in custodial and janitorial work when necessary.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Ensure stock control and utilization of maintenance materials.
• Participate in emergency coverage schedules.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous maintenance experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical documents. Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work at heights. No fear of heights required.

Work Environment

Frequent outdoor work and exposure to varying weather conditions. Moderate noise level in the work environment.
