Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Apprentice Maintenance Technicians at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician Apprentice, you will be responsible for performing basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform oil lubrication and filter changes.
• Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) such as Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley.
• Handle AC & DC servo drives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical experience.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
