We are seeking a skilled Manufactured Systems Assembly Lead to join CMC Rescue Inc. As the Assembly Lead, you will oversee the accurate and efficient assembly of life safety systems, ensuring quality and providing support to the assembly team. Your role will involve training team members, maintaining inventory, coordinating workflows, and adhering to safety guidelines. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and a comprehensive understanding of CMC products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and practices.
• Lead the completion of jobs in the manufactured systems assembly area.
• Provide training and guidance to the assembly team.
• Maintain inventory and organization of materials.
• Coordinate production activities and flow of assembled systems.
• Work according to production schedules for on-time job completion.
• Inspect assemblies for accuracy and quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and 5S teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of production experience, with supervision and work planning skills.
• Experience in Lean production environments is preferred.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Mathematical abilities for calculating material quantities.
• Effective communication and training skills.
• Computer proficiency, MRP systems experience is a plus.
