Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Master Scheduler to join our team at ACR Electronics Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules and inventories to optimize the operations of the assigned department or facility, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments to establish schedules that meet client needs.
  • Monitor orders and inventory levels, making proactive decisions to ensure a seamless supply chain.
  • Negotiate with vendors and oversee timely delivery of supplies.
  • Integrate sales orders with the master schedule to coordinate all necessary resources for on-time delivery.
  • Maintain a master distribution schedule, update as necessary, and communicate any changes promptly.
  • Participate in forecasting and planning meetings, assessing customer orders and internal forecasts to create production schedules.
  • Determine material, equipment, and labor requirements using MRP to fulfill production schedules.
  • Coordinate production operations, manage changes to schedules, and ensure all job orders are fulfilled promptly.
  • Work closely with Production Managers/Supervisors to ensure compliance with industry standards and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience required.
  • Professional certification by APICS or CPIM preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of MRP and related software, familiarity with IFS a plus.
  • Must meet ITAR Requirements.
