Job Description
The Member Experience Lead (MEL) at VASA Fitness is a key role that drives the club towards results and promotes an uplifting experience for members. The MEL supports the General Manager and is responsible for developing a high-performing team within the club. This person provides leadership and coaching to the Member Experience Specialists (MES) to ensure a world-class experience for VASA members.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all MES create and maintain VASA's 'UPLIFT' culture in the club.
- Lead by example and ensure the club's culture and values are the foundation for every communication and interaction.
- Support the General Manager by forecasting staffing needs and collaborating on sales plans.
- Recruit, hire, and train all MES team members.
- Maintain club facilities and equipment to uphold the welcoming VASA experience.
