Job Description

As a Member Experience Specialist, you will play an essential role in delivering a fun and meaningful experience to our members and guests during every visit. Your responsibilities include greeting members, creating personal connections, reporting problems, organizing equipment, and maintaining a clean and welcoming gym environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to sell memberships, drive upgrades, and lead tours for guests and members around the gym.

Operational Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members
- Greet guests and members in a friendly manner
- Provide clear direction, accurate information, and support through technology
- Familiarity with membership plans, pricing, amenities, and class formats
- Contribute to improving the guest and member experience by sharing feedback with leadership and collaborating with the team
- Execute daily responsibilities to high standards, including check-in processes, cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales
