Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Respiratory Services to join our team at Kettering Health Network. As the Manager of CardioPulmonary and Respiratory, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, including supply inventory, budget management, education, and licensure compliance. Your role will be instrumental in upholding our organization's mission, vision, and values while ensuring exceptional care delivery. This position reports directly to the Director of Respiratory Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise CardioPulmonary and Respiratory services at multiple medical facilities.
• Monitor supply inventory, control expenses, and maintain productivity standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, emphasizing Kettering Health Network's core values.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 2-4 year AMA approved Respiratory Program.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical experience in Respiratory care.
• 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Licensed Respiratory Therapist in Ohio.
• RRT credentials from the National Board of Respiratory Care.
• Current certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
• Familiarity with EMRs and technology.
