Join our team at NP Mechanical Rice Services Inc as a Plumbing Quality Technician in Indio, CA. In this hourly non-exempt position, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced Quality Technicians and plumbers in maintaining and repairing industrial production and processing machinery. We are looking for individuals who are willing to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing drain cleaning and other in-home service calls.
• Educate and assist customers with their plumbing needs.
• Work closely with customer service and dispatch for business success.
• Ensure quality standards are met on all jobs and communicate effectively to prevent and resolve issues.
• Drive to different jobsites and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Be accurate and timely with paperwork and demonstrate excellent attendance.
• Be willing to work overtime when required and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.

Requirements

• Previous experience in machinery or related fields.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
