Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a vital member of our team, you will utilize cutting-edge reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to predict and detect pending machine failures.
• Utilize advanced technology like infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic tools for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule and perform timely repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Monitor equipment for issues and recommend immediate repairs to prevent catastrophic failure.
• Provide essential support to minimize unplanned downtime and enhance overall equipment reliability.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of root cause failure analysis and reliability technology.
• Willingness to undergo job-related training to stay updated on predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
