Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As part of the maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, thus minimizing downtime efficiently. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, utilizing various technologies for data collection, submitting work orders, and providing support to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to detect and predict machine failures.
• Analyze data and submit work orders for necessary repairs.
• Monitor equipment and recommend immediate repairs if needed.
• Collect oil samples and provide support to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Attend maintenance meetings and contribute to improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of root cause failure analysis process.
• Willingness to undergo training for proficiency.
