Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a full-time technician, you will utilize cutting-edge reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures proactively, minimizing downtime efficiently. Your responsibilities include employing infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection, predicting pending failures, and working closely with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance downtime. Additionally, you will contribute to improving the reliability program, extending the life of manufacturing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• An associate degree in industrial maintenance or a minimum of 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Experience in root cause failure analysis and a willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
• Ability to work independently or in a group environment effectively.
