Job Description
Join JobTarget, a leader in online job search and recruiting, as a Product Manager. Collaborate with our talented team of experts to drive the delivery roadmap for our digital products, used by corporate recruiters and job seekers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Establish key processes, deliverables, and timelines for digital products.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for seamless communication.
- Identify growth opportunities by understanding the recruitment landscape.
- Manage new features and bugs prioritization and release processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in agile development practices.
- Conduct A/B tests to enhance conversion and engagement rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a product manager in digital or e-commerce products.
- Proficiency in JIRA, ClickUp, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience in user requirements gathering and technical translation.
- Competent in agile processes and iterative environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data interpretation abilities.
- Excellent communication, time management, and detail-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree.
