Project Manager

Job Description

As a Project Manager at Ethan Conrad Properties Inc, you will oversee the construction phase of commercial projects, reporting to the Senior Project Manager and President of Construction. Your role involves ensuring project success, managing subcontractors, coordinating with consultants, and driving design decisions throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Superintendents and Project Engineers.
• Procure bids and award subcontracts.
• Manage accurate job cost postings and general conditions.
• Coordinate consultants and facilitate design decisions.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Participate in value engineering and design review meetings.
• Track project timelines and budgets.
• Prepare close-out documents and review submittals.
• Work on schedule slippage and recovery plans.
• Travel to Salinas and surrounding area bi-monthly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of preconstruction phase management or 5+ years in construction management.
• Strong team building, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, and multitasking.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $81,000 - $121,000
