Property Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join Beacon Management's team at Southpointe Square Apartments in Woodhaven, MI. As a Property Manager, you will oversee all aspects of property management including leasing, marketing, financial performance, customer service, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement property budgets.
• Manage record keeping and reporting.
• Ensure timely rent collections and deposits.
• Handle delinquent rents and evictions.
• Monitor cost control procedures.
• Supervise maintenance, customer service, and vendor relations.
• Hire, train, and oversee staff.
• Manage resident selection and lease renewal practices.
• Implement marketing outreach to community organizations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
• Experience in financial management, sales, marketing, and staff supervision.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
