Job Description
Join Corewell Health as a Full-Time Radiology Technologist working afternoon shifts. As part of our team, you will perform diagnostic exams in general radiology with precision, following established procedures to ensure high-quality images for interpretation. You will prioritize patient safety and care, adhering to radiation protection principles and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams with attention to patient identification and physician orders.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Demonstrate expertise in operating diagnostic imaging equipment and maintaining quality standards.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with team members and assist in training new hires.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Registered with ARRT within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
