Job Description
Corewell Health is seeking a full-time Radiology Technologist to join our team in the afternoon shift. As a Radiology Technologist, you will perform diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology, ensuring accurate images for interpretation and adhering to radiation protection principles. You will also provide clinical instruction, follow patient and family-centered care, and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams while ensuring patient safety.
- Acquire patient history and monitor patients during procedures.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment efficiently and follow quality control procedures.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
Requirements
- Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program.
- Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Basic Life Support Certification.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work in varied environments.
